Mr. and Mrs. James Jones Sr. were presented with a baby boy on July 20, 1947. They named their redheaded, brown-eyed son, James Walden Jones, Jr. Even though he is of short stature he maintains a friendly smile and outgoing personality. He has been a faithful student of MCHS twelve years. In the senior play, Jim played the part of Jake. Among his favorite songs are the “Birds and the Bees” and “The Clapping Song”. You might see Jim in a restaurant ordering T-bone steak or fried chicken and maybe both His favorite colors are blue and metallics. His hobbies include water skiing and collecting coins. Jim recalls his fondest high school memories as helping decorate the senior float for Homecoming and the Junior-Senior Prom. His plans for the future center on the grocery and meat business.—MH. |
