Robert Lee Young, senior of ’65 of the Mound City High School, has many fond memories of the past 17 years.

Robert was born Aug. 5, 1947, the son of Edward and Mary Young.  In 1953, he started school at good old MCHS. In the fourth grade he began his activity in band. Later as a freshman he joined FFA.

Sometime during this period of his life he acquired a favorite for the colors red and blue and for the food steaks. As sports, he prefers water skiing and flying.

What is Robert’s fondest memory of this year? Why, the senior play, of course, in which he acted the part of Luigi Lancôme.

This is not the end; it is not the beginning of the end for Robert. He plans to attend college at Bethany, Oklahoma, this fall, and four years of education lies ahead for him. Good luck Robert.
