On April 20, 1947, Mr. and Mrs. George Bruntmyer of Mound City were blessed with their third child, Wilma Jean. Although she was born in Mound City, she did not attend all of her school here. She attended one and one half years at Oregon and Forest City, but the rest of her schooling has been here in Mound City.

She has a good future ahead of her since she is a good worker and has a sparkling personality that pleases everyone. Her four years of FHA will also help her in the future since she wants to be a nurse’s aid after she graduates from high school this year.
